Terms of Service

1. What RoVibe is

RoVibe is a paid subscription service for Roblox developers. It generates game icons, thumbnails and descriptions using AI models, provides a browser-based UI editor that syncs with Roblox Studio via our plugin, and (on eligible plans) a downloadable skillset for Claude Code. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

RoVibe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Anthropic, or Google.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use RoVibe. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you). You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. One trial per account.

3. Subscriptions, credits and trials

• Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Each paid billing cycle grants the credits listed on the pricing page.
• Credits do not roll over. Unused credits expire when the next grant arrives or when your subscription ends.
• Trials last 7 days, require a card, and include 20 trial credits. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
• Generations that fail or are blocked by moderation automatically refund their credits. See the refund policy for subscription refunds.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Your content and outputs

You own your outputs. As between you and RoVibe, you own the images and text you generate and may use them commercially, including in Roblox experiences. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process and display your uploads and outputs back to you and to operate the service.

You are responsible for IP. You must have the rights to anything you upload as a reference, and you are responsible for how you use outputs — including compliance with Roblox's terms, community standards, and Roblox's rules on AI-generated content (including any disclosure requirements). AI outputs may resemble other works; clearance is your responsibility before commercial use.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use RoVibe to:

• generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that violates Roblox's community standards;
• upload reference images you don't have rights to, including third-party franchise characters and other people's artwork;
• circumvent moderation, rate limits, credit accounting, or plan gating;
• resell, share, or programmatically scrape the service, or reverse engineer the Studio plugin or skillset beyond what law permits.

Uploads and prompts pass automated content-safety screening; blocked requests are not charged.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk — with notice where practical. On termination, remaining credits are forfeited and your stored content is deleted per the privacy policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs vary and we don't guarantee any particular result, that outputs are free of third-party rights, or that Roblox will approve any asset. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoVibe's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
