1. Designated agent

If you believe content stored on RoVibe infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

RoVibe — DMCA Designated Agent
Email: support@rovibe.net (subject line "DMCA notice")

2. What a valid notice must include

  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs or generation IDs);
  • your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the user who stored it.

3. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent including: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your name, address and phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district where we may be found, if outside the U.S.), and your signature. If the original claimant doesn't file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat infringers

We track infringement notices per account and terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Misrepresentations in notices or counter-notices can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
